When I tried it on Chrome it works ??

As in work place , we are only required to use IE.

IE is setup with security , trusted sites https:*.dynamics.com is added.

    Hello,

Is this reproducible across multiple\all machines in your organization, or just your machine?  Do you have any IE add-ons that you can disable?  (Internet Options > Programs > Manage Add-ons)

We did have someone on another thread who had to add the following to their trusted sites as well:

    login.microsoftonline.com

    portal.office.com

    Thanks,

    Chris

I can only get home.dynamics.com to load in IE11 using developer tools (F12) and choosing IE10 emulation. Otherwise I get just a plain white screen.  I have no issues with Chrome.

This Sanoma partners blog indicates they found the same thing. community.dynamics.com/.../dynamics-365-app-module

Thanks Chris , Yes that worked for my PC !!! after adding above two in the trusted sites.

I will try the other PC on Monday. Its not all PC's some PCs.

All IE add on are already disabled. My trusted sites are growing now due to CRM :).

    Thanks for you help.

In our case we have to make the useAppPoolCredentials property to False. We made it True to solve some reporting issue.

    1. Open IIS Manager.

    2. Expand the server and then selet Sites. Then select the Microsoft CRM website.

    3. Under Management, select Configuration Editor.

    4. In the From: section above the properties select "ApplicationHost.config <location path=…"

    5. For the "Section:" location, select system.webServer > security > authentication > windowsAuthentication.

    6. In the properties page, set useAppPoolCredentials to False, then select Apply.
