Customer Card download to Excel is missing "state" information

We are currently implementing Business Central.  Our vendor loaded our customer data for us, but when I download the customer card to excel, it is missing the "state" information.  They tell me it is in a table called "County", but that is not one of the tables available for viewing in Excel or in PowerBI.  How can I get a complete view of customer card fields in excel or PowerBI?  This seems like a big miss for data validation and updating.

It is true.  If you use the Edit in Excel feature and use the design feature to add the County field you will notice that it pulls in the State field from the card.
