    Hi David,

Thank you for sharing. Is there any difference between the older version and the new upgrade from the Wave 1 Update?

I see this sentence mention: We are upgrading our Exchange infrastructure to enhance support for Dynamics 365 Sales Premium features such as Relationship analytics and Who knows whom. With this release, Exchange data integration will shift to server-side synchronization (SSS), enabling more granular control over email sync settings.
-> do we know what exactly is this with the Relationship and who knows whom and the part of shifting to SSS, do they use other method before?

I hope you can answer this for me.

    Thank you so much!

    Hello MV-24120728-0,

The enhanced Exchange integration feature has not been fully enabled yet. According to the information available, early access was granted on February 3, 2025, and general availability is scheduled for April 2025.

The article doesn't specify a method for checking if the feature is currently enabled in your environment.

The upgrade to server-side synchronization (SSS) is designed to give you more precise control over email synchronization settings, improve reliability, and provide greater flexibility in managing the timing and scope of your email synchronization.
