I am attempting to add fields from the Contact Point Consent table to a Segment in Customer Insights-Journeys (Real-Time) but when I select a field and try to add to a new or existing group (see screenshot), nothing happens. I can add other fields from Contact and many other related tables without a problem. But nothing happens when I select a field from Contact Point Consent. No error message or option to troubleshoot. I cleared my browser cache but that didn't change anything.
I have had this happen before and nothing resolved it for me other than creating the journey from scratch and trying again, and the second time it worked and allowed me to add the Contact Point Consent field. Frustrating, but maybe try and that and see if it lets you the second time!
If not, it might be worth raising a ticket with Microsoft to take a look into it further.
