i work in project with two version of CRM, CRM 2013 and CRM 2016, and i want to use metadata of CRM standard for the both of the version of crm
its possible ?

To set yourself up for the future in CRM 2016 you should be using the WebAPI service to talk to the metadata; where in 2013 this isn't available. This means that if your unable to upgrade your project from 2013->2016 you should be implementing different techniques to connect and work with metadata.
