Phone Call activity not showing in Leads

Anyone experiencing this error? I've added a phone call activity but it does not appear on the Lead that I have called?

    Are you sure it was added to a lead and not a contact or other entity?

    I've added a phone call, but it did not show on the activities in Leads below:

    Make sure Regarding (regardingobjectid) field is populated with Lead record, then the phone call or any activity will be associated with the parent lead record.

    This Regading field is the correct relationship driving the Activity subgrid/Social pane/Timeline. You may be checking callto field which is just an activity party.
