How to associate a lookup view to the field placed in Business Process Flow?

Posted on by

Following is the exact scenario in my CRM application.

I want to display a lookup field containing list of users having specific security roles in one of the stages of the Business Process Flow.

For that, I have created a new Lookup View which retrieves those users. Now I want to associate this Lookup View to the field in the Business Process Flow so users are restricted to select only those users which are returned in the Lookup View.

Can anyone please help me in finding out how to achieve this?

you should be able to set your customview like described here:

    http://www.inogic.com/blog/2014/09/add-custom-view-in-lookup-and-disable-all-the-other-views/

The FieldName inside the processbar has a prefix "header_process_".

To access the parentaccountid inside the process-bar use:

    Xrm.Page.getControl("header_process_parentaccountid")

    Best Regards

    Tobias
