How do I create reminders?

I want o be able to receive a notification fro when something is due.

For example, I just set up a work order and I want a notification to remind me of it a week before it is due.

    Hi,

    You could create a workflow which will be triggered on create of work order and then sends an email 1 week before the due date.

    Within the workflow, you can use use timeout until 1 week before. Check thee link for better understanding-

    I would recommend checking Microsoft Flow if you want to create alerts:
