Hello everyone,

while opening pricedisctable_pricepurch (direct menu) below error is coming.

You are unable to navigate directly to this menu item pricedisctable_pricepurch.

User role is - Purchase manager.

I added required privilege and menu items.

If I go through released products > any item > trade agreements, it's opening but when I open through directly above error is coming.

Please advice how to resolve this issue.

Seems that menu item is not available under any menus.

If that particular menu item is not added under any of the menus, then you will get the error as you mentioned.

You are trying to access the menu item using the URL navigation, which is not available under any menus.

Actually we have 2 ways to open trade agreements

1. through released products > trade agreements.

2. Account payable > setup > prices and discounts > trade agreement journal.

I'm able to access both ways but customer provieded below link through this link I'm unable to access.

Can you tell the navigation for PriceDiscTable_PricePurch?

I mean you are saying when opening directly from menus its throwing error- Asking the navigation path.

For testing purpose try to create new privilege with entry point as PriceDiscTable_PricePurch. Add that privilege to new duty and then to new role.

Assign that role to your user and check.

Above mentioned objects are assigned to role.

I'm able to access through released products > trade agreements but while running directly ( direct link to form ) it's throwing error.
