Sending Invoices as PDF in GP

Posted on by 295

We use GP at a remote locate via Microsoft Remote Desktop.   When we want to send invoices as a PDF, the button doesn't allow us to choose it.   It remains "GREYED OUT".    We had our GP VAR come out to resolve the issue and they didn't have a solution.   We used to be able to send invoices in PDF format attached to an email.  Now we can't do that directly in GP.  Can anyone tell me how this can be solved?

That is the way it used to be. Go ahead and try using Standard and choose the custom installation mode and see if it gives you the option to install the Adobe print driver.

You can only use Adobe Professional?

You need to install Adobe Professional and choose the custom option and make sure you choose to install the Adobe Print Driver.
