My emails are getting blocked  even the Opt-in consent is present for that email address in restrictive compliance profile

    Hi,
     
    Have you opted in the contact point consent for the commercial purpose?
     
    Emails are blocked until an opt-in consent has been given for the purpose of the Commercial.
     
    Can you provide a screenshot of the blocked insights of the email?
    It helps to know the exact reason why the email was blocked.
