I have setup all messages to track using CRM for outlook yet I still need to manually track from the email.Is there a step I'm missing to automatically track all email without manually prompting? Thanks in advance. Cam

By default it will not track the email
You can set it up on Exchange to do it as per the following link

Stay up to date on forum activity by subscribing. You can also customize your in-app and email Notification settings across all subscriptions.
