Account Schedule by month

ReportReport

I am trying to create an income statement by month  In col layouts i can create 12 columns Jan,Feb, Mar  ... to hold the values and by using FY[1]. FY[2] get the correct values.

My question is, I want to be able to use this report up to a certain month -

So for example Run this report on 12/5  up to  11/30.  This means that the Dec col should show zeros even though there may have been dec transaction already posted.  Currently FY[12] will ignore the date filter and show the dec transactions.

Any help would b greatly appreciated

    Happy New Year,

Yes this is true. The Date Filter will not restrict the values from appearing in future periods, regardless if your Date does not include the month. I have solved this issue by creating a report in Jet Reports.

    Thanks,

    Steve
