Quick create form opens and closes in fraction of seconds on Unified Interface.

Hi All,

I have a custom Activity entity and Quick create is enabled for this entity.

Quick create form for this entity can be opened properly by clicking + (Quick create) button.

It does not work properly when it is opened by clicking New from the grid view. The quick create form opens and closes in fraction of seconds. It is working fine on Classic interface.

Help is much appreciated.

Hi Goutam,

Thank you for your response. It is working for all the other entities. Tried on different browser still it is not working.

This behavior is only by clicking new on grid added on form.

I have business rules on this form which lock/unlock and show/hide fields. I deactivated Business Rule and still not able to open quick create form.

Hello Krishna ,

Does it happening for all browser ? Try with different browser .

Did you check all other entity quick create form in the application ? Please check whether this behavior is for all forms or particular form.

Also check if you have any kind of customization or JS calling in the onload event of quick create form.
