ProcessSession table store instance of dialogs executed against the incident or any table. Does this table need to migrate using SSIS, or can be taken care by CRM during incident data import to the online environment?

There's not really a good way to migrate this data. Several attributes are marked as neither ValidForCreate or ValidForUpdate, so you can't update them directly.
If all you want is a history of when a user has run a given dialog, then I'd migrate this information into an activity entity. However, if you've long running active ProcessSession records then there's not much you can do.
