Now that the Interactive Service Hub has been removed from Dynamics 365 (link here) is it still part of the MB2-716 exam?
I can't see it mentioned anywhere in the exam skills measured page though it is covered in the Dynamics Learning Portal exam preparation guides.

It's not in the exam.
Possibly in future version of Customer Engagement, but not in 716.
Hope this helps.
I don't recall any questions about it from when I did the exam in January, so I'm fairly sure it isn't in it
