Business event not triggered for specific environment

Hi,

I'm facing an issue with a Power Automate flow connected to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
When I created a new Power Automate flow that is supposed to trigger when a new customer is created in D365FO. After saving the flow, a new endpoint and a business event were automatically created in FO.
However, when I create a new customer in FO, the flow does not trigger.
Interestingly, if I point the same flow to a different environment, it triggers successfully.

What could be the reason for this behavior?
What steps should I take to resolve this issue?

    Can you tell us if you enabled a business event for this purpose or a data event? In case you enabled a business event via alerts, the alert processing batch job might be not running.

    You need to delete the trigger from your Power Automate flow and then recreate it.
