Hi everone,

we have a problem with the report preview: we print a preview report and in the first PC we have all the buttons to manage the page and print and in another PC the same report (and also the same user) we do not have the buttons to manage the printer ( and download etc ..). We don't understand what the wrong settings are in the second PC.

    Can't tell from the screenshot, but are you using the same browser and version on each machine?  Do they both have the same Default printer setup in Windows?  The second screenshot almost looks like you're in the App vs. loading BC in a browser.

    Thanks Chris. The problem was that our customer uses the PC APP in 1 and the browser in the other.
