Users cannot add specific custom column when accessing the "Edit Columns" option

Hello,

I am having an issue where users cannot add a specific custom column when selecting "Edit Columns".

The custom column can be added to a system view through customizations, but it cannot be added by a basic user.

Field security is off on the field.

If the field is in a system view, it can be taken out and then found in the "Edit Columns" option but that is the only time that it is available.

Any advice is appreciated!

    Hi HanTin,

    Did the basic user trigger an insufficient permissions error when adding columns? Or just can't see the target column? I tried to add a custom column in my own environment with a Basic User, but it is feasible.

    So, I think it may be related to the custom column, could you provide me with a screenshot of the custom part?

    A basic user can view and change the column on the form, and they can see it on system views.  When trying to add the column to a view via "Edit Columns", the custom column does not show up on the list.

    I have tried the "visible" property and the "searchable" property and failed to reproduce your problem. I think you need to check your steps and custom column properties:
