We are trying to set up a notification that will alert a user when their Case has been updated. The issue we're running into is that once the work flow starts, it doesn't stop sending emails until you close the Case form.
Example: John opens a case for computer service. A CSR comes in and updates the priority on the Case to "High". The work flow sees this change and sends John an email. If the CSR immediately closes the Case form, only one email is sent. However, if the CSR has the Case open on his/her monitor, then the work flow will continue to send emails every few seconds to John.
I have attached screenshots of the setup in case someone can spot where we went wrong in the setup.
