Find from which procedure an approval is triggered

Hi to all,
Does anyone knows how to find from which procedure (workflow, power flow, plugin etc) an approval is triggered? For example from Approvals tab I can see the following
but I can't see from where this is triggered

    1) workflow:
    Go to Settings > System Jobs to check for running workflows.
    2)Flow:
    Go to this page to check it:
