Outlook App can't run on your PC

When I download and attempt to run the:

Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Outlook app. 

Use this full Dynamics 365 client within Outlook to view Dynamics 365 information, track emails, and more. Learn more

I get the following Error:

This app can't run on your PC

To find a version for your PC, check wit the software publisher.

I am running Windows 10 and Outlook 2016

Any ideas?
