Hi,

I want to change what information is displayed in the interactive Tier 1 dashboard.

Instead of what looks like:

Priority, Owner, Case name, Status and then the option to show more which then expands to chow the customer and Date created

I want to only show:

Customer, Owner and Date created

I can't find anywhere to do this?

I need help ....

Debra

I thought it might by the Case Card but I'm not sure and anyway that is managed so I can't change it.

    Hi partner,

If you mean you want to change the filter fields of the view, you could refer to this article.

    Hi,

    thanks I had seen this.

I think I must have been having a panic moment yesterday. All i needed to do was change the Case card. Yesterday it looked like I couldn't change anything on it but sometimes it does this.

I've gone into the card this morning and managed to move things around a bit so it all looks good now.

Thanks for spending the time to reply though.

    Debra
