Quick search in a view: how can I determine which columns are searched?

I would like to search in Event name AND in place ANd in full name

same in quotes: I would like to search in name AND in company AND in name of the quote etc.

Where can I set this?

    Thank you, this is what I was looking for! However I do not see the line "Add find columns" so I guess I must check with our IT partner...

    Thanks  a lot, but this is not what I meant: I want to define the upper right quick search box.

    Let me give you another example:

    We have a view for "Leads". For this view the Quick find field contains "Company Name, Fist Name, Last Name, Name, Topic." This is what I need for other quick search boxes as well, not just "Name". My question is where I can define this.
