I created a form where form matching strategy was set up based on Email for which case sensitivity cannot be defined.
When a Contact that was already in the system filled out this form with the same information, the Contact record was not matched to the existing. What could be the problem?
In case it could be case sensitivity, how can this be set up for form matching?
I have de-duplication rules enabled as well based on Email, First Name, Last Name and Phone number, where exact match is required and these are not case sensitive. I'm assuming that if a Contact is created based on form registration with matching strategy, the matching strategy will be the one taking the effect for merging the duplicates?
