tenant 'default' is not accessible while publish app

Hi

i have a strange issue with a database, BC14 CU 17 (was a BC13 a long time ago)

When i publish from VSC, i have this message :

 "the tenant 'default' is not accessible"

If i do Get-NavTenant, the database is operational (et and i can use it for example with the RTC client)

i don't have more information on eventlog

Sync-NavTenant, Repair-NavApp or Sync-NavApp already done

i generate symbols with findsql.exe (and Enable load symbols is active)

i restart service many times

when i do Get-NAVAppInfo xxxx -SymbolsOnly, i have Application, Test and System

i don't know what to do more ...

    As said, i already have all 3 symbol app (application/test/system)

    May be your user have permission issues. Can you try publishing this app using client?

    if i publish with powershell, i can Publish-NavApp and Sync-NavApp, but i have the same error when i then do Start-NavappDataUpgrade
