Is there a way to merge items together that have been put in the system twice and are the same item, I cannot delete them because they have used both numbers in a transaction.

    hi, some suggestions,

an inventory item cannot be deleted if there are any transactions which have been entered for this Inventory item. Hence system will not allow you to delete this item. This is even though the Quantity is equal to zero.

Also an item will not be allowed to be deleted if this is part of an unreleased batch, purchase order or shipper. If this is not then case then, you may make the Inventory Item "Inactive" so that these is not used for future transactions.

Set Inventory = 0 to one of these items and after try to delete (using a reason code example: "wrong inventory counting".
