We have multiple companies in GP. One of them is allowing us to post SUTA multiple times for the same date range. The others give the warning "SUTA posting has previously been done within the date range entered." when you run the Period End Payroll Report and check the Post Liabilities boxes. Is there are setting that I'm missing that could be different between the companies?
Running GP 2013 fully patched.

Hmm...I'm think my user may have misinformed me. We don't have any 3rd party or other products, but I'm starting to think it never posted the first time. There must have been an error or something odd. I've loaded the database into a test company and cannot reproduce the issue.
George, are you running the SUTA/FUTA report for exactly the same date range and criteria, and using the same posting date multiple times? The Last Date Posted should be displaying on the window. Do you have Binary Stream or other 3rd party products affecting this?
I was not trying to get rid of the warning. I really want the warning.
I'm trying to figure out why the warning is not appearing when the liabilities have already been posted. It's allowing me to double, and triple post the SUTA and FUTA without warning me it has been done.
I don't believe there is a setting to turn this warning on or off. It would likely depend on if you are using the same posting date or earlier when marking the box to post liabilities multiple times.
