Unable to attach a document to a posted payable

An installed hotfix was intended to address a payables issue in GP2016. We cannot attach a document to a posted payable. It is a well-documented problem with GP2016. For certain, it is resolved with an upgrade to GP2018. Our vendor indicated the GP2016 problem was resolved with a Hotfix before GP2018 was released.

Unfortunately, the Hotfix did not fix the problem. I still cannot attach a document to a posted payable. Maybe, I am doing something wrong. 7140.GP1.png

I guess, we can attach documents only in the master and unposted transactions.
