Electronic Signature in the Onboarding Process

We are setting up our Talent system to have the same functionality as we currently have.  We have a need to have employees sign a document or two during the onboarding process.   So far we only see a way for them to electronically sign during the offer letter phase.  I want to know if anyone has a way to create an activity during the onboarding process that will allow a document to be electronically signed and stored on the employee record in Talent.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
