So the title captures my issue. I've downloaded integration manager, but it's still greyed out in GP. Any thoughts?
Thanks

Hi Babu,
When I go under registration, and look at the modules - integration site enabler doesn't even show up. Which is odd... hmm... so many questions!
Kimberly,
just wanted to confirm are you saying the Integration Site Enabler is marked on the GP Registration window.
As a workaround, can you try installing IM on a different machine? just to find out whether its's problem with the machine or with the Installation.
Babu - We have the registration keys, we just haven't put them in IM yet. Soma, yes I've tried from the app menu and I'm still brought to the same screen. Yes Shan, those are the options I receive. I'm using a power user / admin.
It seems, whenever you try to open the IM it pops up the Integration Manager Program Maintenance with options Add/Remove feature, Remove, Repair ? What user are you using to Install the IM ?If it is a normal user an you try it with administrator, In your system IM did not install properly. Can you try open the IM as Run as Administrator ?
Have you tried to open the Integration Manager from start program menu as shown below?
Hope this helps!!!
Hi Kimberly,
Have tried the following within GP.
Microsoft Dynamics GP, point to Setup, point to System, and click Registration.
Mark the box next to Integration Site Enabler if it is not marked.
Click OK when finished
If you do not see Integration Site Enabler in the list of modules, you may not be registered for it.
Hi Babu,
Yes I can see IM by going to the start menu (windows key) and either searching and clicking on programs and features, or looking under apps.
Hi,
Can you see integration manager by going to Programs in start menu.
So the reason I haven't been able to enter the registration keys is because I can't get into IM, to be at the correct menu. Here is where I'm trying to go into/open IM from.
I believe this is the right application- unless I'm mistaken. Every time I try to enter the program, I keep being referred to this page.
When I repair or even remove the application, it says it was done so successfully and disappears under my programs. When I reinstall - This same screen comes up. I'm just not sure what to try next.
