You should reach to your IT Team, as they're the ones managing access. This is not something this forum or even Microsoft team will be able to help you. It seem you're trying to access an Environment, that has a security Group associated, so you must be member of the security group in order to access
Your administrators should be able to go into Admin.PowerPlatform.com, check for the environment's name and verify the Security Group that is associated. With this, they can go to Azure AD or Microsoft Entra to add you into that group
