I am working on a scheduled upgrade for my customer and I am not able to download the install files for GP 2010, SPs, GP 2015 etc from the CustomerSource site. I get an error page: "Our apologies...An unexpected error occurred."
The worst part is, my customer's office made arrangements to avoid any use of GP over the weekend so I can complete this work and it now seems that Microsoft is my going to cause my failure.
I cannot find a phone number to MS Dynamics to try and call someone. Any ideas for a work around or an alternative download location since CustomerSource is not working?

Are you doing this from a computer within the client's domain? Have you tried to download from one of your office computers or perhaps going home?

I have tried all the below:
IE8
IE9
IE10
IE11
Trusted sites on and trusted sites off
Compatibility view on and off
Java sites allowed
Popup off
Firefox
Chrome
I have tried from 6 computers
I have tried from two different logins that I have access to.
Have you tried adding http://*.microsoft.com to you IE "Trusted sites"?
I have tried all the tricks: trusted sites, compatibility view, java trusted sites, firefox, chrome. Used on old server 2003 with IE 8. RESULT? >>> NADA.
On you using W7,W8.1 or W10 with IE? Try putting IE into compatibility mode. Also, try using an older computer with an older browser. I have had similar issues and I just went to a different computer until I found one that worked. Using a different browser is also an option.
I just downloaded GP2010 from CustomerSource and it is working ok for me, what browser are you using? Try using a different browser and/or computer.
