We want to integrate outlook with Dynamics 365 as follows.
Currently we are using 200 + folders in an outlook mail box, every time once an email received or sent to a particular client, staff will move the email to the folder that is belong to particular client. So this will become very hard to manage. So what I want is automatically copy email corresponding to the particular client in dynamics and keep all corresponding belongs to that client in an one place.
But one client can have different email address eg- client's marketing manager, director, etc.
So is it possible to auto sync the corresponding emails to particular client in dynamics even we have received with different email addresses.
What I m planing to do is use Account as Client in Dynamics and contact as client email addresses.
Also we are communicating with clients using a shared mail box as well as individual staff mail box , so in this case is it possible to achieve above mentioned scenario.
We are using office 365 Outlook and Dynamics 365 online customer service module.
Much appreciate if some one can navigate me to a use full resources that I ca learn this to set up.
