How to create a workflow to notify portal customer's that their email address has changed?
You may need to write a JS to get an Old value and New value before the system is updating
There is an easy way that you can add address_1 and address_2
EmailAddress_1 is saving the current email address
EmailAddress_2 is saving the previous email address
When cx is changing their email address, they can type their new email address in EmailAddress_1 and copy their previous email to EmailAddress_2
Then create a workflow was triggered by changing email address. Add the step to send an notification to EmailAddress_1 and EmailAddress_2
