Service location addresses

Our Service Location addresses are third party companies which have nothing to do with our Service Customers or Billing Customers. The look up for the service location address is limited to choices from the service and billing accounts addresses which does not fit with my requirement. I want to be able to choose an address from any account in the system. Is there a way/workaround to achieve that? A method I can think of is to add those third party companies as addresses to my service Accounts, but I am trying to avoid duplication of data, plus I would have to sync changes in those addresses...

    Hi Emike,

    Below is a workaround:

    1. Create an entity called third party addresses with fields like street 1, street 2, City, Postal Code, Latitude, Longitude (If required, You can use flow to automatically geo code the address)

    2. Add a lookup of this entity to work order

    3. Using a workflow, whenever an address in lookup field is chosen, update the work order address fields.
