Marketing form, User Not selected any Subscription List So Then can we add Him in anyone of the Subscription List

Hi All,

I have a Marketing form with Subscription List as Options when User select anyone of the subscription list then customer will move respective Subscription List. Now My Question Here If user not selected anyone of the subscription List Option then is it possible to move customer into default Subscription List?

Hi Gagan Kumar,

This will involve an issue of whether the user has consented to be added to this default list.

Assuming that the user is consenting to be added to this list, you can use Power Automate to achieve it.

When a marketing form is submitted, there will be a new record of Marketing Form Submissions.

You can extract keywords from the Submitted Value field to determine if the contact has any lists ticked.

If unticked, you can do a bound operation to add it to the default subscription list.
