Fetch duplicated records

I am having a requirement that, need to fetch duplicated cases (combination of the fields case description + customerid appeared more than one record).
 
The system frequently getting duplicated records. So, we have to provide interface to the users to fetch the duplicated cases whenever they want.
 
Any possible ways to achieve this...
