How do we configure so our sales reps can send out Sales Quotes from their own email.
Currently we only see one SMTP setting for the entire company, so all outgoing emails are coming from one email.
How is everybody handling this? Or is this a big issue for you?

Out of the box, it is not possible to have different send-from e-mail addresses from Sales Quotes. There may be an app for it on AppSource (filter on Dynamics 365, then on Business Central; or go to the Extensions page from inside Business Central, and click on the action item on the ribbon for Extension Marketplace). Or you (or your partner) can make an extension for it and upload it to your tenant.
