My team and I redesigned our webshop and have therefore also changed our URL.
The general purpose for my problem is to send a email with a quote to a customer, where the customer has the option to press a link and convert the quote to an order and fulfill it in the webshop itself.
We send quotes out through dynamics CRM using DocumentsCorepack. The link we previously used to send out was as follows:
<hyperlink><name>Click here</name><value>
shop.xxxx.xxxx.com/.../{Quote ID(Quote)}~{Email(Contact (Contact))}</value></hyperlink>
We've changed it to the following:
<hyperlink><name>Go here</name><value>checkout.webqa.xxxx.xxxx.com/quote{Quote ID(Quote)}&email={Email(Contact (Contact))}</value></hyperlink>
The problem is that Email reads fine (despite the space in Contact), whereas Quote ID will never read. Both Quote ID and Email(Contact) is input through the field/value selector to ensure that the format is correct.
Is there an issue with syntax/formatting in a workflow text box, or can you help me identify the issue?
