how to export the smartlist

HI everyone,

I have a question regarding of exporting a report from dynamics GP.

I would like to export all the inventory report from GP. including labour cost and how many QTY we have in our stock in the system, inactive or active and etc.

does anyone know how to export this reports?

Hi Katy,

Smartlist is one way to export data out of GP, but a much more efficient option is to use the built-in Excel reports which natively are connected to the GP back-end data and refreshable without even login into GP. They do get the data much faster then when exporting them from SL which is rather a slow process.

There are various smartlist exists by default in GP related to inventory, you can export them to excel.
