Foreign languages French and German in Dynamics 365 Business Central.

We only have in Dynamics 365 Business Central the languages Dutch and English. We miss the foreign languages French and German. These two languages was available in Microsoft Dynamics Navision.

Can the language packs of French and German be installed in the Dynamics 365 Business Central environment which is SaaS hosted.
