Can you please check the result in advanced find with same filter criteria as your dynamic marketing list.
Have you made any changes in Sub grid properties on marketing list form?

Check the filter criteria for the dynamic maketing list and see if there are any recent changes. If the issue is not fixed by removing and re-adding the filter criteria, then please raise a ticket with Microsoft support.
