Yes i am trying to restor a data creaited in SQL2000 and restor the bacup in SQL2005
According to your Dex.ini file Synchronisation is not processed .If it will happen Definately Synchronisation value changed to FALSE .But in your dex.ini still in TRUE.
It is the first time installtion or You try to create another company in exsisting server?

Hi,
Please Synchronize the account format. By the following way.
1.Open the Dex.ini file (it is located in data folder in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics\GP\Data).
2.In the open file, change the Synchronize value to TRUE as follows.

If Synchronize is complete , Synchronize value automatically turn to FALSE in Dex.ini file.
