We have two stores (S0001 & S0002) and one HO. All the stored are connected to HO. so all the instore document coming to HO. S0002 created transfer order and send goods to S0001. in HO instore document displaying the transfer documents of S0002. but store -S0001 not available this document. How can i replicate this document to S0001. Is anybody can help me.

Correct. It has to be on-line.
Try to make the new transfer document in test environment and see the working of it.
Also, you need to settle the old entries by passing the manual adjustments (via Item Journal). Also settle the inventory of In-Transit locations.
It would be really complex to touch the old document and process it, as it would require lot of corrections from backend, which is not recommended.
In store S0003 & S0001 - instore document not found the same document.
just now i Checked instore Dist.Location setup at store S0003, there found S0001 is online and S0003 offline. is this the reason to stop replication?.
there have only two transfer shipment done at S0003 to S0001. that two are not replicated. I have not checked to receive document at HO.

Can you provide the screen shot from S0003 & S0001 store database for the same document?
Are you facing similar issue with all the In-store documents or only specific to this particular document?
Have you try to receive the document at HO (Via standard Transfer Order screen)? Are you facing any error message?

This mean, document is already processed and transaction is completed.

/InStore Management/Standalone Store/InStore Documents > Detail line status.
I tried to Process at HO.
But I got error : Status must be equal to 'Open' in InStore Header: No.=XXXXX Current value is 'Closed'.
That means, document is yet not processed at HO.
Go to /InStore Management/Standalone Store/InStore Documents > Process that document manually and see the result.

Yes , defined S0002 in instore Dist.Location setup & verified instore setup.

Have you defined "S0002" in "InStore Dist. Location Setup" and verified the "InStore Setup"
