Cannot run match: "background job in progress"

Hi, 

I'm currently trying out the trial version of Customer Insights - it's very exiting.

However, suddenly when I try to complete a match, I get the following error: "Couldn't run match. Background job is in progress" (see below). 

It has been like this for some 20 hours, although the data amount is very limited. Therefore I'm pretty sure the system is stuck in some kind of loop. Is there any way for me to kill this process manually? I cannot find any options in the CI admin..

    Hi -- thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear that you are facing issues with the unification process.

    We have reviewed the above and fixed it for you. You should now be able to see the "Run" button enabled and you can re-run match.

    If the issue is not resolved and you need further assistance then please let us know and we will be happy to help you.
