Zetadocs Express Nav 2013R2 save file back to zetadocs after changes

I use Zetadocs Express on NAV 2013 R2, with network acrhive.

When opening a file from the zetadocs capture adding the file is downloaded tot the client. is it possible to save changes made to the file directly on the file on the zetadocs archive? now the user needs to manually browse to the correct folder on the zetadocs archive and save the file replacing the Original file he opened, but he doesn't know where to look (due to date-folder naming)

Sorry for late reply. No, it isn't possible to save changes to files shown in the Zetadocs Express Documents factbox in the way that you describe.

As you say, when opening a file in the Zetadocs Express Documents factbox, a copy is saved locally. If changes are made to the file, then it is expected that the user will drag & drop the amended file on to the NAV record which then ensures there is a full version history.
