We have RMS in our chain of stores. Many of our customers would have credit accounts so invoices are sent with the goods we supply to them. However we are often asked for copies of invoices/statements to be emailed.
Does anyone know if this is possible with RMS?
All our stores have Microsoft Outlook. Does this integrate with RMS?
Any help would be much appreciated.

We have a tool called Retail Emailer that can prompt a cashier to email a transaction receipt. I believe it can do the same thing when printing customer account statements. Please drop me an email if you are interested in learning more.
Anything you can print can be captured to a pdf with adobe, cutepdf, completepdf etc, then emailed. For an invoice, you could try purchaseorder, inventory transfer, layaway, or just some report you mock up, or whatever you are currently sending with the merchandise.
