Detailed description is filled out & the session is saved...

But on the event portal it doesn't show it?

    Hi Ethan,

    It seems that your event portal has been customized already. The original layout of the session list is shown as the following screenshot.

    Please check if this part has been modified or not when the event portal was customized.
