We are using GP 9.0 and we are trying to find whether we can use email functionality for sending the remittance advice. Can we store the mail addresses for each vendor and then use the email functionality for sending remittance advices for them. Also in the current setup, while generating remittance advice, we are getting the option to mail using txt format. But here the formatting of the remittance advice will not be persisting. Hence can we send the remittance advice using PDF format. Need help in setting up this functionality.
